This Pepsi Co. Warehouse and Distribution center was developed by RM Development Group in 2017. RM Development was responsible for site selection, acquisition, entitlements, design, and construction of this facility. The 55,000 sq. ft. facility is a 34’ eave height pre-engineered building with a bar joist roof framing system and a mechanically seamed roof panel. This facility has approximately 5,700 sq. ft of office space and 8 loading docks. The contract amount on this project was $3.5 million.
