Overview
In 2023, RM Development group acquired this QSR pad and developed this Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers. RM Devleopment handled all due diligence, design, permitting, and partered with Rozier Construction to build the facility. The project was completed on schedule and opened in September of 2024.
