President
As the President of RM Development Group, Michael oversees all the company’s operations and is responsible for setting forth the vision for the company. Michael leads Prior to founding RM Development Group, Michael served as President of Pinebelt Inc since 2000, which was a commercial development company specializing in new construction landlord development and triple-net lease. His years of experience with Pinebelt Inc. provided him with extensive knowledge in all aspects of commercial development and real estate.
Michael also serves as the President of Rozier Construction Company, Inc. where he has developed a proven track record of success in the commercial construction industry since joining the company full-time in 1998. Growing up in the construction industry, he has served in almost every capacity within the company, including Crew Worker, Superintendent, Project Manager, Estimator, and Vice President, until he assumed the role of President in 2016. As President of Rozier Construction, he oversees all the company’s operations, which include finances, scheduling, estimating, project management, client relationships, and development.
Throughout his time working in construction and development, Michael has gained expertise in site selection, site acquisitions and pre-development concepts. He has a unique ability to create innovative solutions and coordinate any civil, structural or architectural design with a team of seasoned in-house engineers. His attention to detail during the planning stages and helps minimize costs and risks for clients thus producing a high-quality turn-key product.
Michael is a licensed commercial contractor in 14 states across the southeast including, MS, AL, LA, TX, TN, AR, KY, FL, GA, NC, SC, MO, OK and OH. He is a member of the Mississippi Associated Builders & Contractors (ABC), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and The American Institute of Architects as an allied member.
Michael received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Engineering Technology from the University of Southern Mississippi. He currently serves as an Advisory Board Member for the First Bank of McComb and as a member of the Board of Directors for the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Mississippi. He is also involved with the Young Presidents’ Organization.
