In 2020 RM Development Group developed this distribution center for Pepsi Co. Beverages in Midland, TX. This 30,000 sq. ft. facility includes 5,000 sq. ft. of office space and sits on a 5.8 acre site. This project included over 3,500 yards of concrete and over 100 tons of steel.
